DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM

Notify and lodge your attention to return info@fridaandblu.com within 7 business days, and we will reply with the return delivery address.  Please ensure to reference the order number in your email subject line and notify us if you wish to exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition within 21 business days. Note all items will be inspected prior to approving any refunds or exchanges.  It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure we safely receive the item within 21 business days. We highly recommend using a trackable service with signature on delivery via a reputable carrier. 

 

EXCHANGE

Once we receive the item and approve, we will send a replacement item and email you the notification of dispatch. Please note that any exchanged product may differ to the original due to handmade nature of our items.

 

REFUND

On receipt of the item and once it is approved, we will issue your refund and will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping cost (excluding return shipping cost).  We will send you a notice of credit once the item is received and approved. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to clear.

 

SALE ITEMS AND NON-DAMAGED/NON-FAULTY ITEMS

Frida & Blu currently does not provide credit or exchange for sales items and/or if you simply change your mind.
